01 | 项目背景 Background

      对于人类来说，或许从来没有一个词像“未来”一样，集动态变化和神秘感于一身，让我们心向往之。在这个充满不确定性的时代，企业、政府、组织和民间机构面临的变化加剧，这些愈演愈烈的变化使他们向设计寻求新的思维和行为方式。当今的设计师已经不仅仅着眼于处理人与物、系统、空间、环境等的关系，他们在全球的私人、公共、民间和慈善机构中扮演着思想领袖、战略家、活动家和应对复杂社会问题的技术变革者和推动者的角色。对于设计师来说，在这个剧烈变化的时代，掌握通过不确定性和变化来定义和塑造未来的技能，蕴含着前所未有的创新机会。“设计未来”是新兴的学术领域，致力于探索短期与长期未来对当下社会的影响，通过未来思维引领产业变革与社会进化，以共创性模式、思辨性方法、反思性实践，设计更合意的未来，实现人类命运共同体的愿景。作为一种将设计思维与未来思维相结合的新兴设计形式，当下，“设计未来”的众多领域亟需探索、发展、普及和开拓。

For human beings, there has never been a word like "future", which integrates dynamic change and tremendous mystery, and makes us so yearn for it. In this uncertain era, enterprises, governments, organizations and institutions are facing intensified changes, which make them seek new ways of thinking and behavior from design. The responsibilities of today's designers are not only focusing on dealing with the relationship between people, stuffs, systems, space, environment, etc. but also playing the role of thought leaders, strategists, activists, technological innovators and promoters dealing with complex social problems in private, public, civil and charitable organizations all of the world. Facing the massive changes in this era, mastering the skills to define and shape the future through uncertainty and change contains unprecedented innovation opportunities for designers. "Design futures" is an emerging academic field, which is committed to exploring the impact of the short-term and long-term future on the current society, leading industrial transformation and social evolution through future thinking, designing a more desirable future which work for everyone and realizing the vision of a community of shared destiny of all mankind via co-creative mode, speculative method and reflective practice. As a new design form combining design thinking and future thinking, there are a great quantity of fields of "Design Futures" need to be explored, developed, popularized and discovered.

02 | 项目目的 Purpose

      为了让广大实践者、教育者及研究者们对“设计未来”领域的知识有一个更为清晰和系统的认知，以提升实践者的未来素养和设计预见，推动“设计未来”教育和研究领域的新进展，进一步发挥设计在推动人类社会可持续发展及命运共同体塑造中的作用，清华大学中意设计创新基地设计未来教研室（Design Futures Studio）现发起《设计未来辞典》编纂项目，系统探讨“设计未来”学术领域的前沿知识点和核心关键词，以为相关领域的实践者、教育者和研究者们提供引导和参考。我们想要招募一支对“设计未来”学术领域充满研究热情和探索精神的团队来推动和实现我们的项目落地，现开启《设计未来辞典》编纂团队招募令，欢迎加入我们！

In order to inspire practitioners, educators and researchers to have a clearer and systematic understanding of the concepts and knowledge in the field of "Design Futures", so as to improve practitioners' future literacy and design foresight, promote new progress in the education and research field of "Design Futures", and further exert the effect of design in promoting the sustainable development of human society and shaping the community of shared destiny, the Design Futures Studio of China-Italy Design Innovation Hub in Tsinghua University is now launching the compilation project of “Design Futures Dictionary” to systematically explore the cutting-edge knowledge points and keywords in the academic field of "Design Futures", so as to provide guidance and reference for practitioners, educators and researchers in relevant fields. We want to recruit a team full of enthusiasm and exploration spirit towards "Design Futures" to promote the implementation of our project and ensure our outcomes quality. Now, we sincerely invite you to join the editorial team of the“Design Futures Dictionary”project and looking forward to working with you together！

03 | 招募对象 Appliants

在哲学、未来学、人类学、社会学、经济学、设计学、建筑学、生态学、生命科学、计算机科学等领域颇有建树的硕士生、博士生、青年学者或在职设计师。

* 优先考虑具有海外留学背景的申请者

The position is open to students, researchers, young scholars or in-service designers who share the education background, research or work experience in philosophy, futurology, anthropology, sociology, economics, design science, architecture, ecology, life science, computer science and other related fields.

*Applicants with overseas education background are preferred.

6-10人 （6-10 People）

05 | 招募要求 Qualifications

（1）学历要求：硕士及以上

（2）能力要求：

● 逻辑思辨：较强的逻辑思辨能力

● 信息检索：较强的信息检索能力

● 文献阅读：较强的中英文献及书籍的阅读理解能力

● 中英互译：较强的中英互译及写作能力

● 协作沟通：较强的团队沟通与协作能力

● 时间充裕：拥有相对充裕可自由支配的时间

● 执行力：能够按时参与团队的线上沟通会议，完成团队分配的工作

* 符合以下条件的人员优先：

具有国际会议及国内外期刊论文发表经历者优先；熟悉国际主流搜索引擎及数据库使用者优先。

a. Education background: Master's degree or above

b. Capability requirements:

● Logical thinking: the applicants should have relatively strong logical thinking ability

●Information retrieval: the applicants should have relatively strong information retrieval ability

● Reading & understanding: the applicants should have relatively strong Chinese and English reading and understanding ability

●Translation & writing: the applicants should have relatively strong Chinese and English translation and writing skills

● Cooperation & communication: the applicants should have relatively strong team communication and cooperation ability

● Abundant time: the applicants should have flexible and abundant time to engage on the project

● Execution ability: the applicant should be available to the online meeting of the editorial team and complete the assigned work on time.

*The applicants who meet the following conditions are preferred:

● The applicants who have published academic papers in international conferences and journals are preferred;

● The applicants who are familiar with the usage of international mainstream search engines and academic databases are preferred.

06 | 工作内容 Responsibilities

      《设计未来辞典》将围绕对“设计未来”学术领域具有重要影响的学术关键词、人物关键词、杂志关键词、书籍关键词等内容进行编纂，主要内容如下：

● 学术关键词：搜集和整理“设计未来”领域中的重要学术关键词，并对关键词的来源、定义及中文翻译进行系统性地编纂和校对。

● 人物关键词：搜集和整理对“设计未来”领域相关理论的形成、演化和发展产生重要影响的人物，汇编人物的基本信息、生平事迹、研究成果、学术主张、代表性理论等。

● 杂志关键词：搜集、整理、筛选和推荐接收“设计未来”领域学术论文及研究成果的国内外杂志期刊，汇编期刊的影响因子、索引收录及文献收录范围等信息，为相关领域的研究者提供参考。

● 书籍关键词：搜集、整理、筛选和推荐对“设计未来”领域相关理论的形成、演化和发展具有重要影响的书籍，并对书籍的主要内容进行归纳和总结。

The editorial team need to take charge of the compilation work of the “Design Futures Dictionary” in Academic Keywords, Character Keywords, Journal Keywords, Book Keywords and other relevant aspects. The details can be seen as follows:

● Academic Keywords

To collect and sort out important academic keywords in the field of "Design Futures", and systematically compile and proofread the source, definition and Chinese translation of the keywords.

● Character Keywords

To collect and sort out the characters who have an important impact on the formation, evolution and development of relevant theories in the field of "Design Futures", and compile the basic information, life stories, research achievements, academic opinions, representative theories, etc.

● Journal Keywords

To collect, sort out, screen and recommend domestic and international journals that call for academic papers and articles in the field of "Design Futures", compile information such as impact factor, index and collection scope of different journals to provide reference for researchers in related fields.

● Book Keywords

To collect, sort, screen and recommend books that have an important impact on the formation, evolution and development of relevant theories in the field of "Design Futures", summarize and introduce the main contents of the books.

08 | 项目收获 Acquisitions

（1）实习证明：编纂团队成员将获得由清华大学中意设计创新基地颁发的实习证明。

（2）实习补助：编纂团队成员将根据工作的任务量得到一定的经济补助。

（3）领域知识：编纂团队成员将全面和系统地接触到世界前沿的“设计未来”学术领域的概念、思想、理论、工具及研究方法。

（4）活动优先：编纂团队成员将拥有率先参加由清华大学中意设计创新基地及ICDF国际设计未来会议所举办的各类实践和学术交流活动的机会。

（5）国际友谊及合作：编纂团队成员将获得与来自世界各地不同学术背景的成员合作交流的机会，并在项目推进期间结识一群在“设计未来”领域志同道合的良师益友。

● Internship certificate

the editorial team members will obtain the internship certificate issued by the China-Italy Design Innovation Hub of Tsinghua University.

● Internship subsidy

the editorial team members will receive certain economic subsidies according to the amount of their work engagement.

● Domain knowledge

the editorial team members will be fully and systematically exposed to the world's cutting-edge concepts, ideas, theories, tools and research methods in the field of "Design Futures".

● Activity priority

the editorial team members will acquire the priority in participating in various practical and academic activities organized by China-Italy Design Innovation Hub of Tsinghua University (CIDIH) and International Conference on Design Futures (ICDF).

● International friendship and cooperation

the editorial team members will have the opportunity to communicate with scholars from diverse academic backgrounds all of the world, and build valuable friendship with teachers and friends who sharing similar aspirations in the field of "Design Futures".
